Like all plastic products, bottle embryo is a product formed by injecting molten materials into the mold through the injection molding machine.

However, according to the characteristics of PET materials, there are several special requirements in the production process.

It is mainly divided into the following steps

Step 1: Determine the preform parameters

First, determine the size, weight, volume and output of the bottle preform.

In this way, we can specify the cavities and size of the mold cavity according to the above requirements.

Step 2: Mold selection and design 

Choice of mould type: The preform moulds are produced using hot runners. The moulds are divided into needle valve type and self-locking type, the price of the needle valve type is higher than the self-locking type, from the naked eye, the tail of the bottle produced by the self-locking type will be longer than that of the needle valve type, the difference between the mould and the finished product can be seen in the following chart.

Step 3: Raw material selection
