How to produce the plastic cloth hangers
The production of plastic clothes hanger is the same as the conventional injection molding process.
Injection molding:
The granular or powdered plastic raw materials are sent into the barrel from the hopper of the injection machine for heating and melting. After plasticization, the material is compressed and moved forward under the pressure of the screw. Mold closing – injection – pressure maintaining – cooling – mold opening – plastic hanger removal.
